Are you saved?
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
— 1 John 5:13
Salvation is a free gift, purchased by Jesus Christ’s life, death, burial, and resurrection, and is offered to all who believe in him.
You too can be saved and know you're on your way to heaven!
1. Are you a sinner?
"As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:"
Romans 3:10
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"
Romans 3:23
2. There is a punishment for your sins
"For the wages of sin is death;" Romans 6,23a
"And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.” Revelation 20:14
3. Jesus died and paid the punishment for your sins by offering you salvation as a free gift
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
"...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Romans 6,23b
4. You must accept the gift of eternal in a biblical way
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Romans 10:9
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13
5. Trust Christ as your Savior and now pray this simple prayer
"Dear Lord, I admit that I am a sinner and I need your salvation.
I believe that Jesus died on the cross and paid for my sins. Forgive me my sins, enter into my heart and save my soul.”
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
John 5:24
